How it all began

After the purchase of our beautiful plot of land and an intensive planning phase, the excavator company arrived on 27 May 2022 and started digging.

The construction site equipment arrived on 30 May 2022 and we started concreting the floor slab.

Concrete, concrete, concrete right up to the roof!

We had a wonderful summer with lots of sunshine!

It's all happening in quick succession! First the stairs are lifted into the house and shortly afterwards the roof is completed. The Galtürer Enzian schnapps on the roof and the traditional topping-out ceremony with tree-lighting were celebrated.

This is followed by the windows and the screed. Not only do we seem to like the screed, 
but also the neighbouring cats.
Our beautiful glittering facade could still be completed in 2022.

Following the installation of the pellet heating system and an extensive drying phase over Christmas and New Year's Eve, work began on the front door and floors in 2023.

An end is in sight

Our Alpstern logo adorns our house since July 2023! The flats are taking shape and we look forward to welcoming you soon as guests at the Alpstern in Galtür!
