The Silvretta-Arena Ischgl ski area also attracts skiers with its 42 lifts and more than 200 kilometres of pistes. Ischgl is easily accessible with the free ski bus.
Winter fun in Galtür includes night skiing and the ski safari. There are also many leisure activities away from the pistes in the rear Paznaun valley. Thanks to the ideal altitude and the widening of the valley around Galtür, the region offers ideal conditions for a cross-country skiing holiday. A network of 73 kilometres of trails is available for classic cross-country skiing as well as skating. The wonderful winter wonderland can be explored on foot on the five winter hiking trails . Enjoy the snow-covered mountain landscape and the crunching snow under your boots. The intrepid are tempted by the barrel stave race, the ice skating rink with curling and paragliding.

A highlight on hikes in Galtür are the numerous lakes, which offer a special hiking experience. Water lovers get their money's worth here and are rewarded with spectacular views at the end of the hike.
The magnificent Paznaun mountains offer numerous tours for mountain bikers through the breathtaking landscapes around Galtür at the foot of the Silvretta group in Tyrol. There are classic tracks as well as enduro routes. You can explore the surroundings uphill and downhill and enjoy regional specialities at the many mountain huts and Alpine pastures in between.
